Gordon started building homes in 1992 after studying civil engineering technology at Old Dominion University. He learned construction from his father and served in the Navy Reserves as a SeaBee. Jason also grew up working with his father and later worked in Raleigh for a national builder. Both Gordon and Jason have earned reputations over the years for honesty, craftsmanship, and consistency. The company has built everything from single-family homes to seven-story commercial condo projects to complete developments, but now, their main focus is on what they love most: building great homes for local families.

At Cudd Development, our mission is to create homes that combine thoughtful design, lasting quality, and everyday practicality. While we have experience in multifamily and mixed-use projects, our current focus is on residential homebuilding.
